Principal Richard Usher welcomed a visit from past student Natalie Howson, now Director General, Education Directorate, Australian Capital Territory.
Natalie was on a fact finding mission of how the Principal and teachers of Mount Gravatt High School have accelerated the school's academic results over the past 3 years where Mount Gravatt High is one of the top performing secondary schools in the region.
Mr Usher said "it is a humbling experience, but a worthy acknowledgement of the quality of our school, with key success being targeted work of teachers to value add to every child's learning".
Mr Usher said it was a pleasure to welcome past students back to our school and Natalie's professional success is a great inspiration, especially to our female students.
